An ADS StormTech underground retention system that improved stormwater management at Eastgate Shopping Center in Chapel Hill, NC, installed while the center stayed fully open. The wider scope covered culvert cleaning, replacing a terracotta sewer line through contaminated soil, asphalt paving and sealcoating, and a roof replacement.
