Landlord work for Old Navy within the 30,000-square-foot Mullins Crossing redevelopment in Evans, GA, an active shopping center between Kohl's and Target. The project gutted the interior, removed the entire front facade and split the building into three tenant spaces, with site and utility upgrades, a full fire-suppression system and landscaping.
