An upfit for Miyabi Jr., a regional Japanese steakhouse offering dine-in and carryout, in an existing Tega Cay, SC strip center. The challenge was a large commercial kitchen: hibachi cook tables with downdraft exhaust, makeup air and specialty fire suppression, all tied into the fire alarm so every control works in an emergency.
