A new home for L&W Supply's Myrtle Beach branch. McDowell started with front-end due diligence, then handled site design and development, building design, permitting and construction on the seven-acre site: a 14,000-square-foot office and warehouse renovation, new utilities, a 7,500-square-foot shed, three acres of paved laydown yard and a three-car rail spur.
