An 8,500-square-foot Five Below store in Evans, GA, part of the Mullins Crossing redevelopment in an active shopping center between Kohl's and Target. McDowell gutted the 30,000-square-foot building, removed the entire front facade and split it into three tenant spaces, with site and utility upgrades, a full fire-suppression system and landscaping.
