A 12,800-square-foot interior upfit for The Wholesale Flooring Company in Murrells Inlet, SC. It was part of the Woodside Village redevelopment, where McDowell removed a former Bi-Lo grocery store, modified the building's infrastructure and divided it into three tenant spaces for Wholesale Flooring, Dollar Tree and Badcock Furniture.
