A 26,000-square-foot tenant buildout for Michaels in Athens, GA, covering facade work, all mechanical and electrical systems, and interior finishes. It was part of McDowell's 90,000-square-foot redevelopment of Beechwood Shopping Center, which included demolition of existing tenant spaces and the building facade, plus new plaza, utilities, garbage facilities, elevator and parking lot work.
