Renovation and expansion of an existing outparcel building in a busy Athens, GA shopping center, adding a drive-through, ADA access and a dumpster enclosure. Heavy civil work replaced a small park, trees, parking and drive aisles, followed by full site remediation and landscaping. Traffic control and site security kept the neighboring tenant open throughout construction.
